to reverse engineer or access the platform to (a) build a competing platform, service, or product, (b) build a platform, service, or product using similar ideas, features, functions, or graphics of the platform, or (c) copy any ideas, features, functions, or graphics of the platform.

Intellectual Property

All content on the platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, audio clips, and software, is the property of ONETOZ.COM or its content suppliers and is protected by international copyright laws. The compilation of all content on the platform is the exclusive property of ONETOZ.COM and is protected by international copyright laws.

User Content

You retain all ownership rights to any content you submit, post, or display on or through the platform. By submitting, posting, or displaying content on or through the platform, you grant ONETOZ.COM a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license (with the right to sublicense) to use, copy, reproduce, process, adapt, modify, publish, transmit, display, and distribute such content in any and all media or distribution methods (now known or later developed).

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. You agree to submit to the personal and exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located within India.
